How we hire

  1. Write to us. One e-mail with the role in the subject line and what you would build or fix first; no cover letter needed.
  2. A conversation. Thirty minutes with the hiring manager about the work and your questions, within one week of applying.
  3. A short exercise. A paid, time-boxed task close to the real job: a case file to review, a feature to scope or a guide to edit.
  4. Team call and offer. Meet the people you would work with; offers go out within two working days of the last call.

Questions, answered

Do you hire outside India?

Engineering and content roles are open to remote candidates anywhere in India today; we are not yet set up to employ outside India.

Do I need immigration experience?

For case specialist roles, yes: at least two years filing visas for one of our destination groups. For engineering, design and partnerships roles, curiosity about the domain is enough.

What is the interview exercise?

A paid task of two to four hours that mirrors the role, reviewed together in the team call. You keep the work.
