One all-in price per destination: the government fee at the official rate, the visa-centre fee where there is one, and a fixed Vistolane filing fee. 52 destinations, every number dated when it was last verified.
How pricing works
Government fee plus a fixed Vistolane filing fee. Optional attention tiers add a named specialist or a licensed partner on top of the same filing. Pay when you are ready: details and document uploads are open before payment and the review starts once it is in. The Vistolane filing fee is refunded if the guaranteed filing date is missed for a reason on our side; government fees are never refundable.

Notes on the numbers
- Prices are set in Indian rupees for Indian passport holders; other currencies follow the daily exchange rate.
- Government fees are paid at the official rate and are never refunded.
- The VFS fee is the visa application centre's service charge where the destination uses one; it is zero for e-visas.
- Economy is the filing-only Vistolane fee; Premium and Business are flat per-destination fees set by the Vistolane pricing desk.
- last_verified is the latest check of the government fee or the Vistolane fee for that destination.
What the guarantee adds
Decision by the date we quote, or your Vistolane fee back. We can't guarantee approval; no one can.
The decision date shown at checkout is the end of the authority's published processing window if you start today: documents due in two days, filed within the tier's window, then the published decision window. Embassy visas depend on the interview slot, so their date is set when the appointment is confirmed.
Questions, answered
What does the Vistolane fee cover?
Document checks against the consulate's published list, form preparation, filing or lodgement, appointment booking where the route needs one, status tracking in your account and the filing-date guarantee. Government and visa-centre fees are separate and are shown on the same line so you see the all-in price before you pay.
Why are government fees shown separately?
Because they are set by the destination and paid at the official rate, usually in the destination's currency. They never change with the tier you pick and they are never refunded by any authority once an application is lodged.
Is the price different for a family or a group?
Each traveller is one application with one government fee. The Vistolane fee is charged per application too, but a group can pay on one invoice and every traveller gets an individual receipt and case file.
When do I pay?
After you have entered your details and uploaded your documents. The review starts the moment the payment is in; the filing date you see at checkout is the one the guarantee is held to.
Can I upgrade the tier later?
Yes, until the application is filed. You pay the difference and the new tier applies from that moment; the filing date is recalculated and shown before you confirm.
Which tier should I choose?
Economy suits a clean, repeat application where you are comfortable with the forms. Premium adds a named specialist who reviews the whole file and prepares you for biometrics or an interview. Business hands the filing to a licensed partner with priority appointment hunting and same-day replies, which matters for sticker visas with tight dates.
