The terms that govern using Vistolane: what we do, what licensed partners do, fees and refunds, the on-time guarantee, subscriptions and acceptable use.
Who we are
Vistolane is a visa preparation and filing platform operated by Vistolane Private Limited, Gurgaon, India. We are not a law firm; regulated immigration advice is provided by licensed partners on the network, who are responsible for their own advice.
Our service
We prepare, check and file applications with the relevant authority, track them and keep you informed. Decisions are made by governments; we never promise approval.
Filing guarantee: scope
The filing guarantee is a filing guarantee, not a decision or outcome guarantee. It applies only where a guaranteed filing window was shown before payment, and it is triggered only when we hold a complete and correct document set on time and still file after the window.
If that happens, we refund 100% of the Vistolane service fee for that application to the original payment method within 7 working days of the filing date. The refund is the sole remedy under the guarantee.
The guarantee clock, visible on every case, is the record of fact: the time at which your document set became complete and correct, the filing deadline and the time of filing.
Your documents and delays
The guarantee is off the table for as long as we are waiting on you. The clock pauses, and the guarantee does not apply, whenever a required document is missing, incomplete, illegible or incorrect, an appointment is missed, or information we need has not been supplied. The platform notifies you the same day when this happens and shows the new filing window.
Every day the clock is paused is counted and shown in your account as applicant delay and moves every downstream date out by the same number of days.
Where a delay, refusal, request for further information, interview or additional processing is caused by information or documents you supplied, no refund of any kind is due.
Government fees, refusals and re-filing
Government, visa-centre and biometric fees are paid to the authority or its contractor at the time of filing and are never refundable by Vistolane, whatever the outcome.
After a refusal, Vistolane can file again only where the authority permits a new application, only after any mandatory cooling-off period has passed, and only with new or corrected evidence. Any second application is a new case with its own fees and its own guarantee window.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate, complete information and genuine documents. Misrepresentation can lead to refusal and bans; we will decline to file anything we believe is untrue.
Fees and payments
Fees are shown before you pay and charged by Stripe. Plan upgrades are charged at the time of upgrade. Taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address.
Cancellation
You may withdraw an application before filing; the service fee is refunded less any work already delivered. After filing, service fees are non-refundable except under the filing guarantee.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid for the affected application.

Vistolane Text Updates is operated by Vistolane Private Limited ("Vistolane"). By opting in at vistolane.com/sms-opt-in or in your account settings you agree to receive text messages about your Vistolane account and visa applications: one-time verification codes, application status updates, document and appointment reminders and replies from our support team. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with your application activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
