Vistolane support services: visa processing and specialist case support for agencies and employers

Vistolane processes tourist and student visas itself. Every other visa type runs on the specialist track with employer, agency and applicant on one file.

What are Vistolane support services?

Vistolane support services are per-file support delivered inside your case management workspace. For tourist and student visas, Vistolane processes the file itself: documents, forms, appointment, lodgement and decision, with a guaranteed filing date. For every other visa type, Vistolane runs the specialist support track: the employer, the agency, the applicant and the Vistolane team work the same application in VIMS, and an enrolled licensed specialist reviews and signs. Pricing is per file, by business type; government fees are paid by the applicant at the official rate.

How Vistolane, VIMS, the software and the support services fit together

Vistolane processes tourist and student visas itself. For every other visa type, Vistolane support services bring the employer, the agency, the applicant and the Vistolane team onto the same application track in VIMS, backed by Vistolane's licensed specialists.

  • Vistolane: The company. We process tourist and student visas directly and act as the advisory and support layer for every other visa type, with licensed specialists on each file.
  • VIMS: The Visa and Immigration Management System: the system of record and Immigration Language Model that every file, every document and every deadline runs on. Enterprises license it directly.
  • Case management software: The per-user workspace inside VIMS that agencies, consultants and employer HR teams use day to day: case board, document vault, deadlines, client portal, invoicing.
  • Vistolane support services: Per-file support delivered inside your workspace. Tourist and student visas are processed by Vistolane; for all other visa types we put employer, agency, applicant and our team on one application track with a specialist behind it.

The offers combine. An employer or agency can license VIMS and add Vistolane support services per file, and can hire a licensed, vetted agency from the Vistolane network to carry the regulated work. Together that is a complete hands-off package that stays governed and audited inside VIMS: every stage, approval and signature on one record your auditors can read.

  2. Prepare. We chase missing items, check every document against the consulate list and prepare the forms. On the specialist track the employer and applicant are invited to the same record.
  3. Lodge. Tourist and student files: we request the earliest available appointment and lodge with a guaranteed filing date; slot dates are set by the consulate. Other visa types: the enrolled specialist reviews, signs and lodges.
  4. Decide and close. The outcome and documents are recorded, the client, agency and employer are notified through the portal, and the per-file invoice is issued.

Questions, answered

What are Vistolane support services?

Per-file support delivered inside your case management workspace. For tourist and student visas, Vistolane processes the file itself: documents, forms, appointment, lodgement and decision. For every other visa type, we run the specialist support track: the employer, the agency, the applicant and the Vistolane team work the same application in VIMS, and a licensed specialist signs the filing.

Which visas does Vistolane process directly?

Tourist and visitor visas and student visas, for 52 destinations. These are the routes where Vistolane's own case officers prepare, lodge and track the file end to end with a guaranteed filing date.

What happens with work, family, settlement and complex cases?

They go on the specialist support track. Vistolane does not file these itself; it brings the parties together on one record, prepares the file with the Immigration Language Model, and the enrolled specialist (IAA (UK), CICC (Canada), MARA or equivalent) reviews and signs. You keep the client; the specialist carries the regulated step.

Who signs the filing?

A named, licensed person, always. For tourist and student visas that is a Vistolane case officer. On the specialist support track it is the enrolled specialist for that route and country. The signature is recorded in the audit log.

What is included in the per-file fee?

Document chasing and validation, form preparation, appointment booking, lodgement and decision tracking, with a guaranteed filing date on processed routes. On the specialist track the fee covers coordination, preparation and the specialist's review. Translations, bank letters and interview preparation are priced per item.

Who pays the government fee?

The applicant, at the official rate. We never mark up government fees.

Do I need the workspace to buy support services?

Yes. Support services are delivered inside the case management workspace so every action is visible to you, your client and, where relevant, the employer. Starter plans include it.
