Visa sponsorship platform for employers hiring abroad
Hire from anywhere. Vistolane vets the candidate and the case.
How it works
For employers, Vistolane searches and screens international candidates for sponsor-eligible roles, checks salary and licence rules before the offer, then matches the hire with a Vistolane verified and vetted immigration agent to process the work visa. You follow the case from your own account with right-to-work evidence filed automatically.
- Intake. Clients or travellers are added from a form, a manifest or your existing records; each gets a file, an owner and a deadline.
- Validation. Documents are checked against the authority's published rules before anything is lodged, and missing items are chased automatically.
- Filing. A licensed processing partner lodges the application and books biometrics; every step is logged on the audit trail.
- Decision. The decision lands against the guaranteed date; your client is notified and the invoice closes.
What we promise
What changes for employer
Fewer status calls because clients see the stage themselves; fewer refusals because rules are applied before filing; predictable timelines because the filing date is guaranteed in writing and the decision window is quoted from the authority; and a permanent record of every document and decision for compliance reviews.
Questions, answered

Tourist, business, student, work, family, investor, settlement and citizenship routes to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United States, the Schengen states, the UAE, Singapore and Japan, among others.
How long does onboarding take?

Why employers sponsoring overseas hires use Vistolane
Hiring from abroad fails in two places: an offer made for a role or salary that the authority will not sponsor, and a permit that lapses because nobody tracked the reporting duties after the hire. Both are avoidable, and both are expensive, because a refused petition delays a start date by months and a compliance breach can cost the sponsor licence that every other foreign employee depends on. HR teams need the rule checked before the offer letter and the duties tracked for the life of the permit.
Vistolane runs the sponsorship check first: occupation eligibility, the current salary threshold or prevailing wage, the employer's licence or registration status, and the documents the candidate will need, for the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Singapore. Candidates can be sourced from the sponsored jobs board, where every listing has already passed the same test. Once the hire is agreed, a vetted immigration partner prepares and files the petition with the employer, the candidate and the Vistolane team on one record, and the decision window is quoted from the authority.
After the start date the same record carries right-to-work evidence with its check date, permit expiry reminders, the reports a sponsor must send and the audit trail an inspector would ask to see. Employers see every sponsored employee in one workspace and pay per user per month plus a per-case processing fee; government fees are charged at the published rate.
