Licensed immigration consultants and visa agents

Every partner on the Vistolane network is licence-checked, reviewed by verified clients and measured on the cases they actually file. Compare them side by side and start your application with the one that fits your route and budget.

How partners are ranked

Every partner is licence-checked. Applicants compare success rate, verified client reviews, fee from and typical reply time; the fit score weighs category expertise, destination coverage and budget.

Reviews come only from clients whose case was filed through Vistolane, so nobody can buy a rating. Reply time is measured from the first message in the client portal to the partner's first answer, over the last ninety days.

Three kinds of partner

  • Immigration agencies: regulated advisers for work, family, investor, settlement and citizenship routes; the licence number is shown with a link to the register
  • Study consultancies: admissions and student-visa specialists with proof-of-funds and CAS, I-20 or CoE experience
  • Travel agencies: IATA or tourism-board registered agents for tourist, business and group visas, including appointment hunting for sticker visas

Questions, answered

How does Vistolane check a partner's licence?

Each partner's register number is verified against the official register (IAA in the United Kingdom, CICC in Canada, MARA in Australia, IATA or the national tourism board for travel agencies) when they join and again every quarter. The number and a link to the register are shown on the partner's page so you can check it yourself.

What does the success rate mean?

The share of applications filed by that partner through Vistolane that were approved, over the last twelve months. It is a historical average across routes and profiles, not a prediction for your case.

Do I pay the partner or Vistolane?

You pay on vistolane.com and the partner is paid by Vistolane. One invoice, one receipt, and the filing guarantee applies to the Vistolane service fee.

Can I switch partner after I start?

Yes, before filing. Your documents and case history move with you; the new partner sees the same file and the filing date is recalculated and shown before you confirm.

How to choose a partner from this list

A visa partner is only as useful as the licence behind them, so start with the register number shown on each profile and follow the link to the official register: the IAA for UK immigration advice, CICC for Canada, MARA for Australia, and IATA or the national tourism board for travel agencies. Vistolane checks these numbers when a partner joins and again every quarter; a partner whose registration lapses is hidden from this page until it is restored. Then look at the three measured figures: success rate over the last twelve months on cases filed through Vistolane, verified client reviews from people whose application actually went through the platform, and median reply time in the client portal over the last ninety days.

The fit score ranks partners for your route rather than overall. A study consultancy with excellent Canada student-visa results will rank low for a UK spouse visa, and an immigration practice that files settlement cases every week will not appear at the top for a group tourist visa. Filter by destination, visa category and budget, open two or three profiles and compare the fee from, the categories they file most and how their reviews describe communication.

Starting with a partner costs nothing extra: the government fee is the published rate and the partner's fee is quoted on their profile before you begin. Your file, documents and messages live in your Vistolane account whichever partner you pick, so a change of partner later does not mean starting again.
